UI Post-UTME/DE Registration Period

The University of Ibadan Admission Portal will be open from Monday, 21st July 2025 to Saturday, 17th August 2025 for:

• Post-UTME registration
  
• Direct Entry submissions
  

Who Is Eligible for UI Admission?

To register for UI Post-UTME, you must:

• Have scored 200 or above in your 2025 UTME.
  
• Be 16 years or older by 30th September, 2025.
  
• Use WAEC/NECO or Cambridge A’Levels, NCE, OND, HND or a Degree for Direct Entry.
  

Does UI accept IJMB or JUPEP?

No, UI does not accept IJMB or JUPEP. It only accepts Cambridge A’Levels, NCE, OND, HND or relevant degrees for Direct Entry.

What is the UI Admission O’Level Requirement for Medicine?

Other programmes may accept two sittings but at least 6 credits are required across relevant subjects.

Candidates applying for College of Medicine or Faculty of Pharmacy must have five (5) relevant credits in one sitting.

How to Register for UI Post-UTME/DE

1. Go to: https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng
   
2. Log in using:
   
   • Username: Your JAMB Registration Number (e.g. 202412345678EG)
     
   • Password: Your surname in capital letters (e.g. OYESANMI, UMAR)
     
3. Pay Fees:
   
   • N3,000 Portal Access Fee
     
   • N2,000 Screening Fee
     

Total = N5,000 (All payments must be made via the Admission Portal)

Payment Methods:

• ATM Card (Credit/Debit)
  
• Internet Banking (Bank Transfer)
  
• Bank Branch (Print invoice and pay in cash)
  

4. Print your receipt after payment for records.
   

UI Post-UTME Exam Dates

• Exam Dates: Monday, 25th August to Wednesday, 27th August, 2025.
  
• Specific date and time for each candidate will be sent via email and SMS.
